| | Agenda Item | HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2019 Budget Development Workshops, as follows:
a) Provide direction, if any, regarding items to be addressed or included in the County Executive Office’s Recommended Budget, scheduled for release in May and Board adoption scheduled for June 12, 14 and 16, 2017;
b) Hold budget workshops on April 17, 19 and 21, 2017, receive presentations on the FY 2017-2018 Recommended and FY 2018-2019 Proposed Budgets and receive and file all Budget Workshop material; and
c) Determine pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines 15378(b)(4) that the above actions are not a project subject to CEQA review, because it is a government fiscal activity that does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
