| 1) | Departmental Agenda | HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding a Forum for Elected Leaders to address homelessness, as follows: (EST. TIME: 2 HR. 30 MIN.)
a) Receive a report about homelessness and comments about homelessness from other local governments within Santa Barbara County during an “Elected Leaders Forum to Address Homelessness” during a Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors to be held on October 30, 2019 as part of the Phase II Community Action Plan to Address Homelessness;
b) Consider discussion of priorities, opportunities and strategies and provide direction to staff as appropriate; and
c) Determine that the recommended actions are not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the recommended actions consist of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
