a) Receive, consider, and file the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Recommended Budget;
b) Approve final budget adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Recommended Budget;
c) Adopt a Resolution of the Board of Supervisors entitled In the Matter of Adopting the Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021;
d) Approve budget adjustments, as amended during the hearings, to the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Recommended Budget;
e) Delegate authority to the Chair to execute renewal of single-year grants and contracts previously approved by the Board and included in the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Recommended Budget, where contract amounts are within 10% of previously contracted amounts;

Acting as the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Barbara as the Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency:
a) Adopt a Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Barbara as the Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, entitled In The Matter Of Adopting The Budget For Fiscal Year 2020-2021 For The County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the Former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency; and
b) Find that the proposed actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(4) and 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because they are government fiscal, organizational, or administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
