Adopt a Resolution of Commendation honoring Qing Yu upon her retirement from the  
Clerk-Recorder Assessor Department after over 21 years of faithful and dedicated service to the  
citizens of Santa Barbara County.  
A motion was made by Supervisor Hartmann, seconded by Supervisor Capps, that  
this matter be adopted.  
RESOLUTION NO. 26-65  
The motion carried by the following vote:

this matter be adopted.
