Term: 
Six years and until a successor has been designated and qualified. Directors may be reappointed for subsequent six-year terms.

Duties:
To purchase, lease or otherwise acquire real estate within the boundaries of the County, to construct install or acquire and place thereon any public improvements, or otherwise acquire personal property for the use and benefit of the County or other public agency located within the County, and additional duties as described in Article III of the Articles of Incorporation.

Meeting Date and Location: 
Annual meetings of the Board shall be held in the month of October at a date and time determined by the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, or any two directors of the Corporation. Meetings are held in the County Administration Building in Santa Barbara.
