HEARING – Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara County Wine Improvement District Annual Report, as follows: (EST. TIME: 30 MIN.)
a) Approve the Santa Barbara County Wine Improvement District Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Report;
b) Provide direction to the Santa Barbara County Vintners’ Association regarding the management of the Santa Barbara County Wine Improvement District, including as to any marketing activities; and
c) Find that the proposed actions are not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) as they involve organizational and administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
