Title: Consider recommendations regarding the commencement of the 2026–2027 Coastal Resources Mitigation Fund Grant Cycle, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Receive and file the 2026 Coastal Resources Mitigation Fund Status Report; b) Direct staff to allocate fees into the Coastal Resources Mitigation Fund and commence a combined two-year 2026–2027 grant cycle; c) Approve the Budget Revision Request No. 1610 to recognize new available funding for the 2026–2027 grant cycle due to unanticipated revenue from the restart of the Santa Ynez Unit; and d) Determine that receiving the status report and allocating fees into the Coastal Resources Mitigation Fund are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) and 15378(5).
