Title: Consider recommendations regarding Alcor Solutions, Inc. Title

Consider recommendations regarding Alcor Solutions, Inc. Agreement for ServiceNow Subscription Licenses, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Alcor Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of ServiceNow licensing in an aggregate amount not to exceed $74,482.33 for the subscription term of May 31, 2026, through June 30, 2029;

 

b) Approve and authorize the County Health Director to execute Exhibit D: Business Associate Addendum with ServiceNow, Inc. to the Agreement;

 

c) Approve and authorize the County Health Director to execute amendments to the Agreement and/or modify subscription services or licenses in an amount not to exceed 10% ($7,448.23) of this contract agreement, subject to the Board’s ability to rescind this delegated authority at any time; and

 

d) Determine that the proposed actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines, because they consist of the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment.
