Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the County of Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara County Superior Court of California for the Provision of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a MOU with the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara, for the Court's administration and oversight of the ADR program, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $110,000.00; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4), finding that the action is a governmental funding mechanism and/or fiscal activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
