Consider recommendations regarding an Update on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) Resiliency Allocation, as follows:
a) Receive an update on the FY 2019 Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) Resiliency Allocation for PSPS preparedness and response in the amount of $467,271.00 with a performance period of this grant is July 1, 2019 to October 31, 2022; and
b) Determine that the proposed action is related to the creation of a government funding mechanism and other fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and is therefore exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guideline section 15378 (b)(4).
