Title: Consider recommendations regarding an agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with GSI Water Solutions, Inc., Third and Fifth Districts, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Water Agency: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with GSI Water Solutions, Inc. Consider recommendations regarding an agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with GSI Water Solutions, Inc., Third and Fifth Districts, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Water Agency:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with GSI Water Solutions, Inc.
