Title: Consider recommendations regarding Santa Ynez Valley Airport Improvement Program (Project No. 862251), Third District, as follows: a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the submittal of an application, acceptance of an allocation of funds and execution of a grant agreement with the State of California, Department of Transportation for an Airport Improvement Program Matching Grant not to exceed $9,156 for reconstruction of designated apron and approach road; b) Authorize Public Works Director to act as agent on behalf of the County of Santa Barbara pertaining to the acceptance of the Grant Allocation and the Grant Agreement.
