Consider recommendations regarding the Coastal Commission's certification of amendments to the Local Coastal Program regarding height calculation methodology and revisions to the telecommunications permit process, as follows:
a) Receive notice of the California Coastal Commission's certification of the County's amendments to the County's Local Coastal Program (Coastal Commission Case Nos. MAJ-1-05-B, Height Calculation, and MAJ-1-05-C, Telecommunications) with suggested modifications;
b) Adopt a Resolution acknowledging receipt of the California Coastal Commission's certification with modifications and adopting the Local Coastal Program Amendments with the suggested modifications; and
c) Authorize the Planning and Development Department to transmit the adopted Resolution to the Coastal Commission.
