Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Turnpike Road and Calle Real Signal Replacement (Project No. 862249), Second District, as follows: a) Approve the Project and Categorical Exemption pursuant to the County's California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines for the Traffic Signal Replacement at Turnpike Road / Calle Real intersection; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for construction bids for the Traffic Signal Replacement at Turnpike Road / Calle Real intersection; c) Authorize the Public Works Director or his designee to execute the terms of the grant.
