Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with Wallace Group for Technical Services Support, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Wallace Group to provide plan check and business inspection services in the amount of $38,140.00 for the period of July 7, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and b) Determine that these actions are not subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), as it is the establishment of a government funding mechanism which does not involve a commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
