Title
Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement for Services with Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families, Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families (a local vendor), for the provision of mental health services for a total contract maximum not to exceed $3,733,298.00 for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021;
b) Delegate to the Director of Behavioral Wellness, or designee, the authority to make immaterial changes to the agreement; reallocate funds between funding sources or programs or revise or waive the County Maximum Allowable rate without altering the Maximum Contract Amount; amend the program goals, outcomes, and measures in Exhibit E, all without requiring a formal amendment to the agreement, subject to the Board’s ability to rescind this delegated authority at any time; and
c) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
