Title: Consider recommendations regarding an intent to Contract with California Department of Social Services for Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment (CAPIT) and Community Based Family Resource and Support (CBFRS) funding, as follows: a) Approve and execute the Notice of Intent to contract with the California Department of Social Services for the receipt of Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment and Community Based Family Resource and Support funds for the period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2005 in an amount yet to be determined; b) Designate the Human Services Program of the Public Health Department as administrator of these funds.
