Title: Consider recommendations regarding a contract for children's services with First 5 Santa Barbara County Children and Families Commission, as follows: a) Approve and execute a contract with First 5 Santa Barbara County, Children and Families Commission (a local agency) to allow ADMHS to contract with local mental health service providers to provide services to local children ages birth to 5 years of age, and their families, for the two year period of July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2006, in the amount of $616,175; b) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contract, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract's dollar amount.
