Consider recommendations regarding Trigo Road Sidewalk construction Health and Safety Code Section 33445 findings, Third District, as follows:
Acting as the Board of Supervisors:
a) Adopt the County Resolution making findings required by Health and Safety Code Section 33445 to use Redevelopment Agency funds to install three tree wells and 600 square feet of new sidewalk on Trigo Road in Isla Vista;
b) Approve Notice of Exemption pursuant to CEQA; and
Acting as the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors:
c) Adopt the Agency Resolution making findings required by Health and Safety Code Section 33445 to use Redevelopment Agency funds to install three tree wells and 600 square feet of new sidewalk on Trigo Road in Isla Vista.
