d) Approve a Contractor on Payroll (COP) Agreement with Leann Anderson, for Jail Project Coordinator Services working under the Capital Projects Division of General Services Department, in the amount of $133,575.48 for the two-year period from May 27, 2013, to May 26, 2015;

e) Approve and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to re-execute the Project Delivery and Construction Agreement (PDCA) with the State Public Works Board (SPWB), the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), and the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC), with an effective date of February 11, 2013, thereby allowing the Northern Branch Jail Project to proceed under the ter...
