Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Donation of Emergency Medical Equipment to the Fire Department, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Authorize the Fire Department to accept a donation of $19,777.00 worth of emergency medical equipment from the Goleta Public Safety Fund; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0003736 to record the donation in the financial system; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b) (3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
