Consider recommendations regarding State Lands Lease for placement of a sand berm at Goleta Beach County Park, Second District, as follows:
a) Authorize County Parks to enter into a Lease Agreement (in substantially the form provided) with the State Lands Commission for purposes of placing a sand berm along Goleta Beach County Park;
b) Authorize the Director of Parks to act as agent on behalf of the County to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, including but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments other documents necessary for the completion of the project which has previously been before your Board and is detailed in permit application.
