Title: Consider recommendations regarding a report on Case No. 24EMP-00009: 2560 Lillie LLC Emergency Permit, 2560 Lillie Avenue, Summerland Community Plan Area, First District, as follows: a) Receive and file a report on Emergency Permit Case No. 24EMP-00009, approved by the Director of Planning and Development on June 21, 2024, which authorized the removal of the top portion of a retaining wall and associated grading to prevent failure of the wall and to protect an adjacent Southern California Edison (SCE) power pole; and b) Determine that receiving and filing the report is not a project pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) as it is an administrative government activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
