HEARING - Consider the recommendations of the County and Montecito Planning Commissions regarding Land Use & Development Codes and Zoning Map Amendments, as follows: (EST. TIME: 15 MIN.)
a) Adopt findings for approval of the proposed ordinances;
b) Find that adoption of these ordinances are categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) and Section 15625 of the Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA;
c) Adopt an Ordinance (Case No. 07RZN-00000-00018) amending the County Zoning Map within the Montecito Community Plan Area to change the zoning of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 009-230-025 and 009-230-025-026 from Retail Commercial (C-2) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN);
d) Adopt an Ordinance (Case Nos. 07ORD-00000-00003 and 07ORD-00000-00004) amending Section 35-1, the Santa Barbara County Land Use and Development Code, and Section 35-2, the Santa Barbara County Montecito Land Use and Development Code, of Chapter 35, Zoning, of the Santa Barbara County Code; and
e) Adopt a Resolution transmitting the Ordinances and Resolution for certification by the California Coastal Commission as an amendment to Santa Barbara County's certified Local Coastal Program.
