Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement to Provide Affordable Housing and Rental Restrictive Covenant for Mission Isla Vista Partners, LP Housing Development, 24DVP-00005, 24CDP-00021, 26RVP-00010, Second District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute an Agreement to Provide Affordable Housing and Rental Restrictive Covenant and Preemptive Right with Mission Isla Vista Partners, LP; and b) Determine that the above recommended action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 21159.25, as set forth in the Notice of Exemption.
