Approve and authorize the Chair of the Board of Directors to execute a Conflict Waiver to allow the law firm of Goldfarb and Lipman to represent the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara in a proposed transaction involving a loan from the Santa Barbara County Redevelopment Agency to the Housing Authority for the purchase and rehabilitation of property to be used for affordable housing.
