Title: Consider recommendations regarding the execution of Real Property Purchase Contracts and Acceptance of a Grant Deed for 1073 Toro Canyon Road, APN 155-020-015, First District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Real Property Purchase Contract and Escrow instructions with John P. Thorndike, as owner of 1073 Toro Canyon Road, APN 155-020-015, in the amount of $30,000.00; b) Accept the original Grant Deed to the real property conveyed from John P. Thorndike, as owner of 1073 Toro Canyon Road, APN 155-020-015, to the County of Santa Barbara by authorizing the Clerk of the Board to execute the Certificate of Acceptance; and c) Approve the Notice of Exemption pursuant to Section 15313 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.
