Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding a revised policy: Administration of Vehicle Fleet, as follows: (EST TIME: 15 MIN.) a) Consider and adopt the proposed "Administration of Vehicle Fleet" policy and direct the County Executive Office to implement and enforce the new policy; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute and forward a letter to the Presiding Judge of Santa Barbara County Superior Court; and c) Determine that the proposed actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378, as they involve administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment, and direct staff to post and file a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
