Title: Consider recommendations regarding new Fry Agricultural Preserve Contract No. 26AGP-00005, First District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution creating new Agricultural Preserve Contract No. 26AGP-00005 consisting of 100 acres located at 1220 Perkins Road in the unincorporated area of New Cuyama, Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 149-290-022; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Agricultural Preserve Contract No. 26AGP-00005; c) Authorize recordation by the Clerk of the Board; and d) Find that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15317 [Open Space Contracts or Easements].
