Title: Consider recommendations regarding a County of San Luis Obispo Psychiatric Health Facility contract, as follows: a) Approve and execute a contract with the County of San Luis Obispo (not a local vendor) to provide acute hospitalization services to acutely mentally ill adults for four (4) years beginning July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2008, in the amount of $1,000,000; b) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract's dollar amount.
