Consider recommendations regarding the creation of one new non-prime Agricultural Preserve Contract (Case No. 13AGP-00000-00005) located at 77 Broad Street, LLC, Cuyama area, Fifth District, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a new Agricultural Preserve Contract, creating an Agricultural Preserve, 13AGP-00000-00005, consisting of a 360-acre parcel (comprised of two APNs: 131-030-024 and -025), located approximately 2 ½ miles southeast of Highway 166 in the Cuyama area;
b) Adopt a Resolution, creating Agricultural Preserve 13AGP- 00000-00005; and
c) Determine that the project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15317.
