Consider recommendations regarding a Memorandum of Understanding with American Red Cross and the Final Update on the Vulnerable Population Disaster Grant, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Santa Barbara and the American Red Cross-Santa Barbara County Chapter for the care and shelter of county residents during an emergency or disaster;
b) Accept the final update on the Public Health Department's Vulnerable Populations Emergency and Disaster Grant Project.
