HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the California Coastal Commission's action on the Carpinteria Valley Greenhouse Program, as follows: (EST. TIME: 1 HR. 30 MIN.)
a) Review the California Coastal Commission's suggested modifications to the Carpinteria Valley Greenhouse Program as an amendment to the Santa Barbara County Local Coastal Program;
b) Adopt a resolution acknowledging receipt and acceptance of Coastal Commission modifications to LCP Amendment STB-MAJ-2-02 and adopting 04ORD-00000-00002 and 04GPA-00000-00003 amending the Santa Barbara County Local Coastal Program;
c) Authorize Planning and Development Director or designee to transmit to California Coastal Commission Executive Director the adopted Board of Supervisors resolution acknowledging and accepting the Coastal Commission's suggested modifications and amending the Santa Barbara County Local Coastal Program.
