Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Grant Agreement with California Department of Public Health for the HIV/AIDS Surveillance Program for the provision of HIV/AIDS services in the community, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute Agreement No. 13-20158 with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Office of AIDS for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016 in the amount of $112,593.00; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
