Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Tuberculosis Control Program Revenue Base Award Augmentation, as follows: a) Authorize the Public Health Director to execute an Acceptance of Award to implement the Tuberculosis Control Base Award Augmentation with the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch to support tuberculosis prevention and control activities for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 in an amount not to exceed $10,062.00, increasing the total Fiscal Year 2010/2011 amount from $110,422.00 to $120,484.00; and b) Authorize the Public Health Director to execute any future augmentations and/or amendments to the Base Award with the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch provided that the amount is within 10% of the total amount approved here.
