Consider recommendations regarding the Statement of Final Quantities for Laguna County Sanitation District Recycled Water Distribution to Rancho Maria Golf Course Project, Highway 1 Segment, Fourth District, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the construction of the Laguna County Sanitation District Recycled Water Distribution to Rancho Maria Golf Course Project, Highway 1 Segment, Project No. RWDIS2; Board Contract Number BC22283, on file in the Public Works Department, for work performed and materials supplied by Raminha Construction, Incorporated, (not a local vendor), in the amount of $876,633.81; and

 

b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)[5], finding that the action consists of an administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
