Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Kick On Ranch, LLC Agricultural Preserve Contract, Los Alamos area, Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agricultural Preserve Replacement Contract 11AGP-00000-00007, on a single 1,022-acre parcel, comprised of APNs 101-080-092 and 101-080-099, located approximately 1 1/4 miles northeast of the intersection of Harris Grade Road and Highway 135, known as 825 Highway 135, in the Los Alamos area; b) Execute the Contract, creating Agricultural Preserve, 11AGP-00000-00007; c) Authorize recordation by the Clerk of the Board; and d) Find that the proposed action is an administrative activity of the County, which will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and is therefore not a "project" as defined for purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
