Title: Consider recommendations regarding Bradley Channel Jones Street to Main Street East Ramp Flood Control Project No. SM2183, Fifth District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Rejects all bids from the Bradley Channel Jones Street to Main Street East Ramp Project (Project No. SM2183) bid opening on June 25, 2026; b) Authorize the Public Works Director to advertise and receive bids for the Bradley Channel Improvements Jones Street to Main Street Project; and c) Determine that the proposed actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the State CEQA Guidelines, because it consists of an administrative activity that will not result in a potentially significant impact on the environment.
