Title: Consider recommendations regarding Contractors on Payroll for psychiatric services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with Edward Benson, MD to provide psychiatric services as a Contractor on Payroll for the period of October 6, 2008 to June 30, 2009 in the amount of $70,400; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with Nubia Swain, MD to provide psychiatric services as a Contractor on Payroll for the period of October 6, 2008 to June 30, 2009, in the amount of $35,200; and c) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, provided any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract's dollar amount.
