Consider recommendations regarding the Construction of Paving Improvements at Arroyo Burro Beach County Park, Project No. D40026, Second District, as follows:
a) Approve the plans and specifications for the project; and
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the construction contract in the amount of $123,825.00 to the lowest responsible bidder, General Pavement Management, 240 Quail Court. Santa Paula, CA 93060 (not a local vendor) subject to the provision of documents and certifications, as set forth in the plans and specifications applicable to the project and as required by law.
