Title: Consider recommendations regarding Parking Restrictions on Various Roads in the Second and Fourth Districts, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution establishing "no parking" zones on La Cumbre Road, Iaiqua Lane, and Foothill Road in the Santa Barbara area, and Calle Real in the Goleta area of the Second District and Orcutt Road in the Orcutt area of the Fourth District; b) Adopt a Resolution rescinding Resolution 01-135, thereby removing parking restrictions on Orcutt Road in the Orcutt area, Fourth District; and c) Find that the proposed actions are for the operation and maintenance of existing public facilities, involving negligible, or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists, that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 CCR 15301, and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
