Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Davis Guest Home, Inc. Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-2020 Intensive Residential Treatment Services, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Davis Guest Home, Inc., a California corporation, (not a local vendor), for the provisions of intensive residential treatment services, for a maximum contract amount not to exceed $401,500.00 for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
