d) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Power Purchase Agreement with SL Mission Solar I, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of SunLight General Solar Fund III, LLC) to finance, design, construct, and maintain solar photovoltaic systems for the Fire Station 34, located at 3500 Harris Grade Road Lompoc, CA 93436 (APN 097-380-043);

e) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Power Purchase Agreement with SL Mission Solar I, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of SunLight General Solar Fund III, LLC) to finance, design, construct, and maintain solar photovoltaic systems for the New Cuyama Aquatics Center, located at 290 Wasioja St. New Cuyama, CA 93254 (APN 149-040-003);

f) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Power Purchase Agreement with SL Mission ...
