Consider recommendations regarding Telecommunications Review and Siting, as follows:
a) Authorize the Chair to send a letter to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding the FCC review of the Telecommunications Act; and
b) Adopt a Resolution supporting local government authority in regulating telecommunications.
