Acting as the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Directors of the Flood Control and Water Conservation District:
 
Consider recommendations regarding a Resolution transferring ownership of the Naomi Schwartz Building to Public Works Funds, First District, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)
 
a) Adopt a Resolution transferring ownership of the Naomi Schwartz Building to Public Works Funds;
 
b) Approve Budget Revision No. 0001729 in the amount of $1,680,618.00;
