Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Outside Counsel Contract Amendment with Oppenheimer Investigations Group, LLP, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement for Professional Legal Services with Oppenheimer Investigations Group, LLP, to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $110,000.00 for a contract total of $310,000.00; and to extend the term of the Agreement to June 30, 2026; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because they consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
