Title: Consider recommendations regarding approval of the Light Brown Apple Moth Agreement 13-0492-SF, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the Agricultural Commissioner's Office to be reimbursed for regulatory activities for the Light Brown Apple Moth Program in the County of Santa Barbara for the period of January 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014 in the amount of $110,789.43; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4).
