Title: Consider recommendations regarding Continuum of Care Program (CoC) 2018 Coordinated Entry System Subrecipient Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the United Way of Northern Santa Barbara County (United Way), as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a CoC Program Subrecipient Agreement with the United Way for the Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System (CES) in the amount of $124,775.00 for the period beginning August 1, 2019 and ending July 31, 2020; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an MOU between the County and the United Way designating the United Way as the CES Coordinating Agency and outlining their respective roles and responsibilities related to CES maintenance and growth; and c) Determine that the recommended actions do not constitute projects subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the projects are a creation ...

Consider recommendations regarding Continuum of Care Program (CoC) 2018 Coordinated Entry System Subrecipient Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the United Way of Northern Santa Barbara County (United Way), as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a CoC Program Subrecipient Agreement with the United Way for the Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System (CES) in the amount of $124,775.00 for the period beginning August 1, 2019 and ending July 31, 2020;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an MOU between the County and the United Way designating the United Way as the CES Coordinating Agency and outlining their respective roles and responsibilities related to CES maintenance and growth; and

 

c) Determine that the recommended actions do not constitute projects subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the projects are a creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
