City of Santa Barbara - Approve the requests of the City of Santa Barbara, as follows:
a) Call for the submission to the voters of a City Council Charter Amendment Proposal, including the complete text of that proposal; and
b) Ratify the results of the Special Municipal Election in which voters approved the above Charter Amendment proposal.
(APPROVE AND REFER TO THE COUNTY CLERK-RECORDER-ASSESSOR)
