Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Quitclaim of Easement granted to the Santa Barbara Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Assessor Parcel No. 137-090-068) (RP File No. 004054), Third District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve the quitclaim deed releasing any and all county rights, title, and interest in an existing easement over a portion of Assessor Parcel Number: 137-090-068, granted to the Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District), by Joel Baker (Owner); b) Authorize the Director of Public Works or his designee to execute the Quitclaim of Easement Deed; and c) Determine that there is no possibility that the recommended action may have a significant effect on the environment and is therefore exempt from further review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines, pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), Review for Exemption.

Consider recommendations regarding a Quitclaim of Easement granted to the Santa Barbara Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Assessor Parcel No. 137-090-068) (RP File No. 004054), Third District, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District:

 

a) Approve the quitclaim deed releasing any and all county rights, title, and interest in an existing easement over a portion of Assessor Parcel Number: 137-090-068, granted to the Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District), by Joel Baker (Owner);
